Kanakaite Mt. Fault Cliff
Kanakaite Mountain and east side of big-fish-watching
pavilion show dangerous cliff formed due to a very steep fault
in west-north run near this area. Fault activities cause Kanas
lake basin on the east side to subside, and Kanakaite Mountain
on the west side to rise. Influence of fault activities also
gives Kanas Lake very deep lake basin, making it the second
largest deep water lake in China.
