The word taiga is originated from Russian
and meant the conifer forest zone neighboring south brink of
tundra near polar region. Now the term means in general the
boreal forest in cold temperate zone. Taiga means the 4.5km
taiga gallery in Kanas natural reserve, which is concentrated
with cream of West Syberia Taiga. The gallery faces Kanas Lake
with ripples on water in the west and is against lofty mountains
in the east. Along the way to the gallery, there are winding
road to quiet place, towering trees and hanging Usnea, and you
can enjoy multiple scenic spots such as typical Taiga marsh,
Taiga King and Giant Root Carving Wall, etc. the gallery plays
very important role in ecological completion and environmental
stability. Due to existence of the gallery, numerous animals
and plants in the spot can continuously reproduce in endless
succession.
